The talks and negotiations between us and the World Bank took four years to conclude. I am happy that it ended well and we have 27.4 Billion Naira in our kitty for the project to rebuild Ngwa Road, Uratta Road, PH Road, Ohanku and Obohia Roads. Those projects are very dear to me. They are my signature projects and one of the most enduring legacies that I shall leave for the people of Aba".
