Your Re-election, A Good Omen For Africa, Akomas Congratulates Adesina



The Federal Commissioner Representing Abia State in the Revenue Allocation, Mobilization, and Fiscal Commission (RAMFAC), Dr. Chris Akomas, has joined the host of other well meaning Nigerians to congratulate Dr. Akinwumi Adesina on his re-election as the President, African Development Bank (AfDB).

Speaking during the programme, "Political Update" on NTA, Dr. Akomas, said he was never surprised that Dr. Adesina would be re-elected having exhibited great  commitment and dedication in everything he did, describing him as one of the arrow heads in economic activities and research.

He said Dr. Adesina comes out tops in anything he dedicates his time to, adding that he comes out with very positive result in everything he ventures into, submitting that he is a change agent, a fellow to work with in solving different economic puzzles in Nigeria, Africa and indeed the entire world.

Dr. Akomas congratulated Dr. Adesina, Nigerian, President, Muhammadu Buhari and all those that supported him during his trial moment just as he congratulated the African continent, stressing that his re-election in this post COVID-19 pandemic era is a good omen for the continent as he is focused and result oriented.

He also expressed optimism that whatever agricultural plans or projects the AfDB will reel out for Africa under his watch will have a positive effect on the continent as Dr. Adesina is grounded, knowledgeable, his network in agriculture is solid and firm, reiterating that as an ideal man, skilled in implementation and execution, he will concentrate more on areas of infrastructural deficit, post pandemic among others.
