During his visit to the family of his elder brother, Sir Nwakanma Emmanuel Ugochukwu, Hon. Ceasar urged them not to cry like people without hope, promising to stand by them throughout this difficult period.
He described the late Onye Eze as a father to all, whose impact transcended beyond his community. Hon. Ceasar specifically acknowledged the significant role the late monarch played in his victory during the last election and his life's endeavors, expressing gratitude for his guidance and support.
