ABIA STATE PRINTERS ASSOCIATION, AWARDS DR. ACB AGBAZUERE - QUICKREPORTS

The Chief of Staff to the Governor,Dr A.C.B Agbazuere has been conferred with an honorary award by the Abia State Printers Association,Umuahia Branch in recognition of his outstanding leadership qualities as the Most Friendly Chief of Staff.

Speaking shortly after receiving the award in his office in government house umuahia,Dr Agbazuere commended  the members of the association for their  immense contributions to the upliftment of the state educational  sector and economy at large adding that their role in nation building cannot be overemphasized.

The Chief of Staff while appreciating the group for coming to felicitate with him on his appointment as the Chief of Staff to the Governor disclosed that the state government will continue to run an all inclusive administration and promised to be interfacing with them regularly.

Earlier in his speech,the President, Abia State Printers Association,Umuahia Branch,Mr Peter Ogbonna commended Governor Okezie Ikpeazu on his landmark victory at the apex court  and for appointing their member and former publisher of the Comrades,Demo Guide and Diamond newspapers,Dr A.C.B Agbazuere as his Chief of Staff.

Also speaking,the Secretary of the association,Ichie Igbokwe described the Chief of Staff to the Governor,Dr A.C.B Agbazuere as a visionary leader,astute administrator and legal icon and solicited the assistance of the state government in facilitating award of printing and other contracts to their members,a land to build their permanent secretariat,political appointment of their members,a bus among others to enable them perform optimally.

 The visit which featured the installation of Dr Agbazuere as the Patron of the association attracted the presence of the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor,Elder Allison Obiajunwa among other top government functionaries.
